Dave has been in the cycling world for years. He has successfully completed the Ironman Triathalon in Hawaii after surviving a fight with cancer. Dedicated to the mission of Main Street Cyclery – “Knowledge & Service”, he has had the business on Main Street since 1997. Turn ons: Samoyed’s, his wife Kim, a good sense of humor. Turn offs: thieves, drunks and people who can’t laugh

The other Mechanic Is Julio: He's a So. Cal. native that's been riding seriously for two years and recently discovered wrenching. Julio is really into fixed gear and vintage road bikes and will ride to the end of the bike trail just to see the turnaround. Julio loves surfing - it is a way of life, skateboarding, hanging with friends, boardgames and so much more. He's not into complainers, bad surfers, wantabees and posers. He just wants your bike right.

Casper & Nikita are the shop dogs – but they actually own all of us.  Nikita, a retired runway model has now moved into a graceful position as a therapy dog most recently seen at Community Hospital of Long Beach.  Casper, the half-blood wolf of the family is both our protector and child magnet. Turn ons: small children, attention, food of all kinds and smiles. Turn offs: bad personal hygiene, smokers and people who are nasty to others.

Wrapping up the team is Seth: He's from Florida, Corona del Mar and cities all over the world. He does the operational stuff - like marketing, finance and inventory. So if you need cool stuf for your bike, want to ask for a special order or want to know why the shop is doing so well - that is his thing! He and his partner Anthony live green and car free and you may see him on a trike in town. Seth likes tolerant people, making business more profitable, working out, reading and witty banter. He gets pretty upset with stupid ignorant people, liars and rudeness.
